【摘要】:ThispartofISO10845setsoutstandardconditionsforthecallingforexpressionsofinterestwhicha)bindtheemployerandrespondenttobehaveinaparticularmanner,b)establishwhatisrequiredforarespondenttosubmitacompliantsubmission,c)makeknowntorespondentstheevaluationcriteria,andd)establishthemannerinwhichtheemployerconductstheprocessofcallingforexpressionsofinterest.ThispartofISO10845isintendedforuseinprocurementsrelatingtogoods,servicesandconstructionworksandcertaindisposalsotherthanbyauction.NOTE1AnnexAcontainscommentaryontheclausesinthispartofISO10845.AnnexBprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthesubmissiondataforacallforexpressionsofinterestusingthispartofISO10845.NOTE2ISO10845-2establishesthemannerinwhichcallsforexpressionsofinterestshouldbeformattedandcompiled.ThestandardconditionscontainedinthispartofISO10845can,byreference,beincorporatedinprocurementdocumentsformattedandcompiledinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofISO10845-2.
