【摘要】:TheInternationalStandardgivesguidancefor-evaluationofmeasurementuncertaintiesusingdataobtainedfromstudiesconductedinaccordancewithISO5725-2:1994;-comparisonofcollaborativestudyresultswithmeasurementuncertainty(MU)obtainedusingformalprinciplesofuncertaintypropagation(seeClause13).ISO5725-3:1994providesadditionalmodelsforstudiesofintermediateprecision.However,whilethesamegeneralapproachmaybeappliedtotheuseofsuchextendedmodels,uncertaintyevaluationusingthesemodelsisnotincorporatedinthepresentInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableinallmeasurementandtestfieldswhereanuncertaintyassociatedwitharesulthastobedetermined.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdescribetheapplicationofrepeatabilitydataintheabsenceofreproducibilitydata.ThisInternationalStandardassumesthatrecognized,non-negligiblesystematiceffectsarecorrected,eitherbyapplyinganumericalcorrectionaspartofthemethodofmeasurement,orbyinvestigationandremovalofthecauseoftheeffect.TherecommendationsinthisInternationalStandardareprimarilyforguidance.Itisrecognizedthatwhiletherecommendationspresenteddoformavalidapproachtotheevaluationofuncertaintyformanypurposes,itisalsopossibletoadoptothersuitableapproaches.Ingeneral,referencestomeasurementresults,methodsandprocessesinthisInternationalStandardarenormallyunderstoodtoapplyalsototestingresults,methodsandprocesses.
