【摘要】:TheIEC62310seriesappliestofreestandingoperationa.c.statictransfersystems(STS)intendedtoensurethecontinuityofloadsupplythroughcontrolledtransfer,withorwithoutinterruptionofpower,fromtwoormoreindependenta.c.sources.TheIEC62310seriesincludesrequirementsfortheswitchingelements,theircontrolandprotectiveelements,whereapplicable.TheIEC62310seriesalsoincludesinformationfortheoverallintegrationoftheSTSanditsaccessoriesintothea.c.powernetwork.Thisstandardappliestosystemsupto1000Va.c.whichareintendedtobeusedinsinglephase,phase-phaseorthree-phaseapplicationsThispartofIEC62310isintendedasaproductstandardallowingtheEMCconformityassessmentofproductsofcategoriesC1,C2andC3asdefinedinClause4,beforeplacingthemonthemarket.EquipmentofcategoryC4istreatedasafixedinstallation.Checkingisgenerallydoneafterinstallationinitsfinalplaceofuse.Sometimespartialcheckingmaybedonebefore.SeeAnnexE.ThispartofIEC62310takesprecedenceoverallaspectsofthegenericstandards,andnoadditionaltestingisnecessary.TherequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensureanadequatelevelofElectromagneticCompatibility(EMC)forSTSatpublicandindustriallocations.Theselevelscannot,however,coverextremecaseswhichmayoccurinanylocation,butwithextremelylowprobabilityofoccurrence.IttakesintoaccountthedifferingtestconditionsnecessarytoencompasstherangeofphysicalsizesandpowerratingsofSTS.ASTS,whetherpresentedasaunitoranassemblyofunitsshallmeettherelevantrequirementsofthispartofIEC62310asastand-aloneproduct.EMCphenomenaproducedbyanysupplyorloadconnectedtotheinputoroutputoftheSTSequipmentshallnotbetakenintoaccount.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:–devicesford.c.sourceswitching;–singlesourcesystems;–transfersystemsusingonlyelectromechanicalswitchingdevicesintendedtobeusedinemergencypowersystemswithinterruptionofthesupplytotheloadduringtransfer;NOTE1SuchequipmentiscoveredbyIEC60947-6-1.–automaticswitchingdevicesintegratedintoUninterruptiblePowerSystems(UPS)coveredbytheIEC62040series.ThispartofIEC62310concernsElectromagneticCompatibility(EMC).SeeIEC62310-1forgeneralandsafetyrequirements.Specialinstallationenvironmentsarenotcovered,norarefaultconditionsofSTStakenintoaccount.Thisstandardspecifies:–EMCrequirements;–testmethods;–minimumperformancelevels.
