适用范围
本标准确立了移动终端芯片安全应符合的一般原则，并根据该原则规定了移动终端芯片（主要包括基带芯片和存储芯片）、芯片中的软硬件以及芯片与外围设备之间通信的安全分级方法以及在不同安全分组下芯片应达到的安全技术要求，并规定了在上述各级安全分级下的测试方法。
本标准适用于第二代（包括第二代）以上移动终端芯片。
